Another Indian Car fails Global NCAP Test

Yet another car sold in India has failed the Global New Car Assessment Program (Global NCAP) test recently. The NCAP provides information on how safe the car is in the event of an accident. And the latest Indian car to fail the test Datsun GO. Datsun is a sub brand from Nissan for low cost cars for the emerging markets like India, China and Brazil. Earlier this year the most popular cars India like Maruti Alto, Hyundai i10, Tata Nano, Ford Figo and VW Polo have all failed the NCAP tests miserably with zero stars for the lack safety kits like Airbags and ABS. This time also Datsun GO has failed due to structural disintegration. Causing fatal injuries concentrated around the head, torso and legs to the occupants of the vehicle mainly because of missing safety features such as airbags & ABS.
